Mosquito Treatment in parts of western Roseville
News ImageMosquito treatment is scheduled 8:45-9:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 29 for areas west of Fiddyment Road and south of Blue Oaks Blvd and Philip Road. An EPA-approved mosquito adulticide will be applied in an Ultra Low Volume (ULV) fog by aircraft in an effort to address increased mosquito populations and West Nile virus activity. More information including a map of the spray area available online via Placer Mosquito & Vector Control District. Other areas of western Placer County are scheduled for treatment through July 2, 2016. Placer Mosquito & Vector Control District provides updates on their website under "Bulletin & Announcements".

Join the Maidu Museum Volunteer Team
