Sammy's to Re-Open in Fall!

sammys.jpgRoseville Community Development Corporation has reached a lease agreement with the Hagar Family to reopen Sammy’s Rockin’ Island Bar & Grill.  Sammy is back in downtown Roseville!  The RCDC took ownership of the building on April 17th.  There was tremendous interest in the location from very strong entertainment restaurateurs from the very beginning of the process.  They clearly saw the potential in downtown Roseville.  Our first choice was always to reopen with Sammy, and Sammy wanted to be in Roseville.  Thank you to all of you who worked very diligently to get us to this point.  The restaurant is expected to reopen in the fall.  They will have further announcements in the coming weeks, so stayed tuned!  Watch and see what Sammy has to say about all of this… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0CQmUEpaoI
