Walgreens constructs new building

walgreens.jpgWalgreens is processing building permits for construction of a 14,490 square foot retail/pharmacy building located at 1492 Blue Oaks Blvd. The building has a construction valuation of $1,843,000.00. Walgreens has a presence in all 50 states, opening their 7,000th store in 2009!

Did you know that Walgreens invented the Malted Milk shake in 1922?  Customers stood three and four deep around the soda fountain to buy the "double-rich chocolate malted milk."

 

Synoptek

synoptek1.jpgSynoptek has applied for tenant improvements for approximately 5,000 square feet of leased office at 3200 Douglas Blvd., S-320. The tenant improvement valuations are roughly $175,000. Synoptek is an established firm that provides information systems consulting and IT management services. Synoptek and its predecessors have been providing these services for 23 years. In 2005, three complementary consulting and IT management firms merged to form a new company designed to provide full life-cycle services to small- and medium-size companies.

 

Quick Quack processing development entitlements

quack.jpgQuick Quack Car Wash is seeking approvals to locate new construction at 3975 Douglas Blvd.  The Quick Quack Car Wash concept grew out of a desire to provide a very clean car wash, but to do it much faster. The process allows for a great wash and eliminates waiting.  All wash packages are designed to get a customer through in only three minutes. Popular features of the car wash include free self-serve vacuums for all customers and a “Wash All You Want” Unlimited Car Wash Membership.

Fully automated and computerized, the high-quality car washing system is a soft-cloth, exterior-only conveyor wash. Customers stay in their vehicles while being automatically guided through the glass enclosed tunnel where the vehicle is soaked, soaped, washed, polished, rinsed with spot-free water and blown dry all in a matter of minutes. Quick Quack Car Wash also takes pride in being environmentally friendly by conserving water and using environmentally friendly shampoos that are biodegradable and non-corrosive.

 

House of Oliver

oliver.jpgHouse of Oliver is a new wine lounge locating in Renaissance Creek shopping center at 3992 Douglas Blvd. S-140. Tenant improvements are valued at $175,000.

 

 

 

 

 

Bayside Church North Campus

bayside.jpgBayside Church is processing development entitlements to locate a church in the industrial zoned property at 10,000 Alantown Drive. The 85,000 square foot space has a tenant improvement valuation of 3.8 million dollars.

Ray Johnston is the Senior Pastor of Bayside Church in Granite Bay. A 20-year veteran of both youth and adult ministry, he’s the founding pastor of Bayside Church, which has grown to over 10,000 in just a thirteen-year period. 

 

John Mourier's Foothill American Dream

foothill american dream1.pngJMC Homes  is processing development entitlements to rezone and map approximately 7.5 acres into a 58 unit, small-lot, subdivision. The property is on the northeast corner of Foothills and Main.

Banfield Pet Hospital coming to Roseville Square

banfield.jpgBanfield Pet Hospital is processing tenant improvements valued at $350,000 to locate a veterinary hospital at 435 Roseville Square.

Today, Banfield is more than 800 hospitals strong, with the common goal of providing high-quality medicine for each pet treated and working alongside clients to ensure they have the resources they need to care for their pets at home.

 

Johnny Garlic's expands outdoors

johnny.jpgJohnny Garlic's in the Roseville Crossings Shopping Center at 10505 Fairway Drive, is expanding to include 650 square feet of patio area. Development entitlements are being processed through the Planning Department to include outdoor seating and to evaluate parking and landscaping.
