More Storms Are Needed to End the Drought
The recent “Pineapple Express” weather system that occurred several days ago was certainly a welcome; however, the storm system did not come close to getting California out of our record-breaking drought. Although, the runoff from the storm bumped Folsom Lake from 15 to 29 percent of capacity over a weekend; Folsom Lake is still at about half of historical average for this time of year. So, to put it all in context, the storm yielded a temporary boost in water flowing into Folsom Lake, but we are still in a serious drought. Find out more.

City's Annual Employee Giving Campaign

Bucks for Bikes - Get On the Road With a New Commuter Bike

The program helps commuters start using an active and traffic-relieving mode of transportation. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, Mar. 10. Find out more.

Preschool Registration is Now Open
PreSchoolRegistration.jpgApplications are now available for the 2014 - 2015 City of Roseville Preschool Program and may be turned in now through Friday, Mar. 7 to be entered into the preschool lottery for placement. Preschool applications are not on a first come, first served basis and will be drawn for your first choice, then put back into the lottrey for your second choice. Find out more.
