Trademark Pizza will be locating at 1485 Eureka Rd. Suite 150. Thai Kitchen is moving a few suites over to a bigger space (Suite 140), leaving room for this innovative pizza kitchen. Their business model relies on mega-hot pizza ovens at 900 degrees which makes for super- fast pizzas that you create from a long line up of pizza toppings. Trademark Pizza Company  is a new concept in fast-casual dining, serving artisan quality, custom-built pizzas at super-fast speeds, and all at very affordable prices. Their assembly line (or Speed Line) format lets you choose one of the personal-sized 11-inch signature Trademark pizzas or create your own from a wide variety of crusts, sauces, cheeses and toppings. The customer simply steps to the counter and oversees the construction of their pizza.


 Jimboys Tacos opens new expansion

jimboys.jpgJimboys Tacos at 1821 Douglas Blvd., Suite C7, has expanded to include indoor dining space of approximately 1100 square feet.

In 1949, restaurant owners Jim and Margaret Knudson went to a friend’s home for dinner where they ate their first taco. Jim was so convinced that this tasty product would have a universal appeal that he began to develop his own recipe.  Skatetown Seasonal Outdoor Ice Rink

skatetown.gifSkatetown located at 1009 Orlando, will be opening a seasonal ice rink for the winter season November 23rd through February 17th.  More than 30,000 skaters and spectators will enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays. Skatetown is open year round with two NHL sized indoor rinks and nearly one million guests each year!!


Clear Chanel electronic billboard approved

billboard.jpgThe Roseville City Council has approved a contract for a digital billboard with Clear Channel Outdoor that will guarantee $4.4 million for the city’s general fund over 25 years.

The city currently doesn’t get any revenue from the existing traditional billboard that this digital billboard will replace. The digital sign will operate on city-controlled land along Interstate 80, and illustrates Roseville’s continued efforts to generate new, long-term revenue streams.


Popeyes coming to Douglas Blvd.

Popeyes_Crest_Sm.jpgPopeyes Lousiana Kitchen will be locating a restuarant at 1100 Douglas Blvd., formerly a Jack in the Box. Popeyes has over 2,000 restaurants world wide. In 1999 they surpsassed 1 billion dollar in sales for the first time!

Eye Level Learning Centers

Sabita Kondle will celebrate the opening of her first two learning centers by the end of the year with the grand opening of centers in Folsom and Roseville. Within the next four years, eight additional locations are planned to open throughout the region in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Stockton, Yuba City, Rocklin, Tracy, Natomas and Davis.  Built on an educational philosophy and learning method where self-directed learning, individualized academic coaching, and critical thinking are at the core, Eye Level provides a customized learning experience.
