New Medical Office Building

dr hearth medical.jpgPermits have been issued for a 7,301 square foot medical office building at 1535 Eureka Road, in the vacant pad site in front of California Backyard. The site was formerly slated to be a restaurant, was partially constructed, and then demolished.  Hume Development Inc. is the contractor for this project. Dr Hearth Medical offices for cosmetic dermatology will occupy 2/3 of the building leaving 1/3 for leasing to another medical tenant.

 

Merryhill School occupies former office building

merryhill school.jpgMerryhill School will be occupying a 19,160 square foot building formerly occupied by State Farm at 1115 Orlando Ave. AE Porter Construction secured the building permits for the interior improvements and site rennovations.  

 

 

USA Properties leases office space

usa properties.jpgUSA Properties has applied for tenant improvements for nearly 20,000 square feet of lease office space at 3200 Douglas Blvd. USA Properties is a privately owned real estate development organization specializing in the creation of outstanding senior and family communities.

 

Fidelity National Title

fidelity national title.jpgFidelity National Title has submitted tenant improvement plans for 3,677 square feet of leased office space at 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd., Suite 110. Fidelity National Title Group (NYSE: FNF) is one of the nation's largest providers of title insurance and escrow services.

 

 

Hunt & Jeppson LLP offices at Stone Point

hunt jeppson.pngHunt and Jeppson Attorneys have submitted for tenant improvements to occupy 3,154 square feet of leased office space at 1478 Stone Point Drive, Suite 100.  Hunt & Jeppson, LLP has provided a wide range of services to an assortment of clients, ranging from one-person businesses and nonprofits to large corporations, and from individuals to large groups, cities, counties and other public agencies.

 

Comstock Mortgage Company
