Cost Plus World Market in Former Expo Site

cost plus.jpgCost Plus World Market will finish out the leasing for the former Home Depot Expo site at 1120 Galleria Blvd. The 20,177 square foot suite is currently undergoing tenant improvement plan check. Rennovations are valued at $985,000.  Buy Buy Baby, and Bed, Bath and Beyond are the other two tenants which are currently under construction.

 

Villasport Athletic Club and Spa submits plans

Sierra Vista Plan, Baseline Retail submits

Planning Department entitlements were submitted by DF Properties for development of this first commerical submittal in the recently approved Sierra Vista Specfic Plan. Baseline Retail Center will include 736,000 square feet of retail space. The property is on the north side of Baseline Road, west of Fiddyment Rd.

Arcadis locating at Creekside Center

arcadis.jpg ARCADIS is an international company providing consultancy, design, engineering and management services in the fields of infrastructure, water, environment and buildings. They aim to enhance mobility, sustainability and quality of life by creating balance in the built and natural environment. They are currently processing a tenant improvement for approximately 13,000 square feet of office space at 101 Creekside Ridge Ct.

 

Diamond Creek Subdivision application submitted

dc31C.pngIn North Roseville, BBC Diamond Creek LLC has submitted an application to the Planning Department for subdividing and developing design standards for 82 single family units. The commercial, mixed-use property located at 1581 Parkside Way, is approximately 6 acres zoned for High Density and Community Commercial uses. The design engineer and project applicant is Morton and Pitalo, Inc.

 

Erik's Deli Cafe coming to Roseville

ERIKS.jpgErik's Deli Cafe had its humble beginnings in 1973 with the opening of the first cafe in Scotts Valley. Today there are 32 locations in northern California with one on the way in Roseville at 1450 Lead Hill Blvd., Suite 150, near WalMart.
