Pride Industries expands warehouse space

pride.jpgPride Indutries obtained tenant improvements to occupy 42,418 square feet of warehouse at 8860 Industrial Ave. The space will be used to store products for distribution. According to their website, Roseville-based PRIDE Industries was ranked fourth among area manufacturers in the 2012 Sacramento Business Journal Annual Book of Lists, following only Hewlett-Packard, Intel and Aerojet.  The manufacturers list ranks the top manufacturers in the four-county metro area, including Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties, and is based on full time employee headcount. PRIDE provides manufacturing and facility services to the public and private sector while creating meaningful jobs for people with disabilities.

Grocery Outlet coming to Roseville Square

Grocery-Outlet-Logo.jpgGrocery Outlet will locate in the vacated Sunflower Market building at 424 Roseville Square. Tenant Improvement plans have been submitted to occupy the 30,000 square foot building with a construction valuation of over $500,000.

FSIM new offices on Gibson Drive


FSIM (Food Service Insurance Managers) is currently processing tenant improvement plans for 7,143 square feet of office space at 548 Gibson Drive. FSIM (Food Service Insurance Managers, Inc.), is a California corporation specializing in workers' compensation insurance for businesses in the Agricultural and Food related industries.

Weight Watchers to open in Rocky Ridge Town Center

weight watchers.jpgWeight Watchers will be locating at 2030 Douglas blvd, S-40 in the Rocky Ridge Town Center (Fresh Market, Macaroni Grill). Tenant Improvement plans are underway for a 2,440 square foot suite remodel.

Starbucks Modular Kiosk

starbucks_copy(1).jpgStarbucks will be opening a new store concept in Roseville. There are no leather chairs or free power outlets. In fact, there’s no space for the customer at all. Starbucks has reimagined the coffee hut as a “modern modular,” LEED-certified drive-thru and walk-up shop. The new drive-thru kiosk will be located in the Arbor View center on the corner of Pleasant Grove and Foothills Blvd.

Paul Wagner's Big & Tall relocates
big and tall_copy(1).jpgPaul Wagner Big and Tall, a family-owned business that has been in Roseville since 1908, is relocating within the same center - Roseville Square. The new tenant space is at 410 Roseville Square (next to The Strum Shop) and occupies 3,493 square feet. They are dedicated to customer service along with offering the finest in brand names in Big and Tall clothing including Tommy Bahama, Levi, Tori Richard, Callaway, Enro, Perry Ellis, Cutter and Buck, Jockey, Pendleton, Dockers, Gold Toe, and Haggar.

New Penn Financial

penn.jpgNew Penn Financial has applied for tenant remodel improvements at 3009 Douglas Blvd., Suite 225 in the Olympus Corporate Centre. New Penn is part of Inc. Magazine's 2012 annual list of the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
