Improving Our Service to You
As a community-owned utility, Roseville Electric is committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. Every other year, we conduct a telephone survey and this year's data shows 94 percent of our customers are satisfied! To those of you who were contacted, we appreciate your participation as it helps us better respond to your needs.
The survey also noted that almost half of our customers prefer receiving an email as the primary way to receive information. Additionally, a growing number of our customers rely on smartphones to receive information or to communicate with businesses.
One of the benefits of a community owned utility is our ability to respond quickly to our customer’s needs. As a part of the City-of Roseville website design, Roseville Electric’s web page was also upgraded to help customers’ access information they are looking for more easily. We are also exploring additional changes to help us communicate more effectively with our customers and improve our service. With the new survey data, Roseville Electric will seek creative and cost effective ways to improve our service to you.
