| | Grants Available for Citizens' Benefit Fund and R.E.A.C.H. Fund The Roseville Grants Advisory Commission oversees the competitive grant process for the Citizens' Benefit Fund and R.E.A.C.H. Fund . The funding cycle runs annually January through the middle of May. After grants are reviewed, the Roseville Grants Advisory Commission makes its funding recommendations to the Roseville City Council. The City Council has the final approval on disbursement of each of the grant funds. The estimated total funding available for the 2013/2014 funding cycle is $392,000.
Submitted Application Format Submit the following by 5:00PM on February 6, 2013: One (1) signed grant application, complete with all required documents AND One (1) labeled CD or DVD with the electronic version (Word or PDF format) of the grant application and all required documents (see Section 2 of grant application).
