Parks, Recreation & Libraries Annual Report

The first-ever annual report for the Parks, Recreation & Libraries department has been completed. The goal of the annual report is to more formally capture and quantify programs and services. The report provides a quick overview of our accomplishments for 2011/12 and a glimpse into our operations.
