Roseville Electric Honored for its Communication Efforts
Roseville Electric garnered two awards recently in the Northwest Public Power Association's annual Excellence in Communication contest recognizing outstanding achievements in customer communication.
Roseville Electric took first place for its Ten Steps to Save customer handout and third place for its residential newsletter, Electric Dispatch.
"Being honored by the association is rewarding and appreciated," said Roseville Electric Public Relations Manager Vonette McCauley. “This event is valuable because we share ideas on better ways to connect with our customers and get a glimpse into digital communication trends.”
This year the association received nearly 160 entries in various categories from 37 different publicly-owned electric utilities and association members in the Western United States and Canada.
