City of Roseville residents have until Dec. 4 to submit their suggestions on new park names for the two sites that will be underway next year:
-An eight-acre park off of Village Green Drive, adjacent to Junction Elementary School
-An eight-acre park off of Bob Doyle Drive adjacent to Chilton Middle School
Designs for each park have been presented to the Parks & Recreation Commission and City Council. They are posted on the City's web page.
Park names must be submitted on the appropriate form and received by the City Clerk’s Department by 5 p.m., Friday, Dec 4. Submission forms and information about the park naming procedure are available at the:

- Maidu Community Center, 1550 Maidu Dr., (916) 774-5950
- Roseville Sports Center, 1545 Pleasant Grove Blvd., (916) 774-5990
The City’s Park Naming Subcommittee will review all suggestions and make recommendations to the Parks and Recreation Commission and the City Council. All park names are approved by the City Council.
