Channel 14/73- Roseville Government Access - Mission Count on the Media Division to provide the City of Roseville with current and accurate information 24 hours a day through the creation of integrated television and Internet productions. We accomplish this by: Working with all City departments to inform and involve the Roseville community in government, civic and community affairs. Providing audio, visual, and technical support to City employees and the general public. Responding as an integral part of the Emergency Operations Center by providing critical information to our viewers.
