If you are a California Resident, you are eligible to apply for a free Roseville Library Card. Visit a Roseville Library location in person to fill out an application. Bring your California Driver's License or ID, other State ID, Military ID, or Passport. Minors (under 18) must submit an application signed by a parent or legal guardian and a copy of appropriate parent ID as noted above.
