Handyperson Program

Providing minor health and safety repairs for low income, senior homeowners...

This program is provided through the City of Roseville and Senior Independent Services. The service is FREE for seniors (62 years of age or older) with owner-occupied homes within the City of Roseville and their gross annual income is below $40,800 for a single person, and below $46,600 for a two-person home.

Door and Window Repairs

Electrical Outlets

Smoke Detector Replacement

Garbage Disposals

Swamp Cooler Repair

Toilets

Light Bulbs and Light Fixture Replacement

Water Heater Repair

Lock and Dead Bolt Installation

Weather Stripping and Caulking
