The Finance Department provides for and ensures the financial integrity of City resources by monitoring all financial functions and transactions. To provide these services to both our internal and external customers, the Finance Department is divided into the following sections:
The department is led by Russ Branson who serves as the Finance Director & Treasurer and Ed Oborn who serves as the Assistant Finance Director.
