Online Permitting and Plan Review Center
Two new services coming this fall
In an effort to streamline the city's permitting processes, we are in the process of implementing two new services for our residents and business partners – Online Application Submittals and the highly requested Electronic Plan Review process.
These enhancements to our online presence will modernize the process for the submittal, review, and approval of individual projects by accepting permit applications, payments, and electronic plans online – anytime, anywhere.
Both enhancements to our existing Online Permitting Services (OPS) portal are currently scheduled for release in the Fall of 2017.

Please check back here for periodic updates on our progress. As we get closer to releasing these new services, we will be providing a “How To” guide on using the City’s OPS portal to submit applications as well as instructions for uploading your documents and plans online. Application submittal requirements and checklists will also be provided to assist you in ensuring all required documents are included when submitting your application online.
