Project Facilitation The Community Development Department acts as a liaison between the development community, local businesses and residents that have questions or issues associated with the permitting/plan check process. In this role, staff addresses complaints or concerns that are directly tied to the permitting/plan check process and acts as an internal coordinator between the Community Development Departments and customers who are involved in the permit process.
Development Fee Information
The fee booklets provide information about the development fees applicable to Commercial, Industrial and Residential development. Included in the booklets are worksheets that can be used to provide a rough calculation of fees.
