The Administrative Services Departments (ASD) are comprised of Central Services, the City Clerk, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The ASD provides support services for all of the City's primary service units (police, fire, parks, libraries, public works, planning, City Manager, and City Attorney) as well as the City' enterprise funds (Electric, Water, Wastewater, Refuse, golf courses, and Adventure Club).
