ABSTRACT:
This feature class is a geographic area to which different types of development are allocated. Zone groups are also included in this feature class. Zone groups represent combinations of 1 to 20 adjacent traffic analysis zones.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this feature class is to help to develop land use forecasts used to define future roadway improvement needs.
