ABSTRACT:
The Feature class contains the City of Roseville’s Regulatory, 1% (100 year) Floodplain boundaries. For the most part it cover water course with a water shed that is over 300 acres.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this future class is to provide information of the flooding risk to a particular parcel and to indicate where special development standards relating to flood issues will be required.
