The messages delivered through the exhibits and programs are part of Roseville Electric and the Environmental Utilities' efforts to encourage recycling, water conservation and smart energy choices.The center is the first of its kind on the West Coast and is dedicated to its mission to educate Roseville schoolchildren, our community and the region about the benefits and feasibility of using renewable and recycled resources, advanced technologies, and sustainable building and landscaping designs to inspire and motivate efficiency in everyday life.
