| | South Placer Wastewater Authority
 The South Placer Wastewater Authority (SPWA) meets on the last Thursday of January and June typically at the City of Roseville’s Corporation Yard. Special meetings are held when necessary. Meeting dates are listed below.
The SPWA operates under a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the City of Roseville, South Placer Municipal District and Placer County. The SPWA is primarily a funding authority responsible for overseeing the Capital Improvement Program for the Authority members and providing service to the members inside the 2005 Service Area Boundary (see South Placer Regional Wastewater and Recycled Water Systems Evaluation).
