Are wipes really flushable? Even though wipes say they are flushable, often times they are not. Wipes can cause sewer backups. Prevent a backup. Throw wipes in the garbage, not in the toilet. Click here for more information.

The City of Roseville owns and operates the Dry Creek and Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plants. Discharges from the facilities are currently regulated by Waste Discharge Requirements issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.  An Order is proposed to renew the NPDES Permits for these facilities. A public hearing concerning this matter will be held during the March Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Meeting. The public hearing notices can be viewed at these links:
