City of Roseville’s Open Data Portal is in compliance with California Assembly Bill 169, codified as of January 1, 2016 at Government Code section 6253.10. California Senate Bill 272
As part of the California Public Records Act, Senate Bill 272 is a state-mandated bill requiring local agencies to create a catalog of enterprise systems utilized by the agency, and disclose those systems for public consumption. The City of Roseville's Enterprise Systems Catalog has been placed on the City's Open Data Portal and can be viewed here.
