Roseville Electric has a beautiful way for you to save energy and money. You can save up to 40 percent on summer cooling costs by strategically shading your home with trees. Participation is simple!
Follow the instructions for choosing the best locations, trees and how to plant. Then complete the rebate form, attach a copy of your shade tree receipts and mail it in. This program offers you a rebate for trees that you select, purchase and plant at your own convenience. Your rebate will appear as a bill credit on your Roseville Electric utility bill within 4 to 6 weeks. Rebates are limited to 6 trees per household and available to Roseville Electric customers only. - Plant your trees in a position to shade your home
- Not block your, nor your neighbor’s, solar electric system
- Not plant your trees on the NORTH side of your home
