Solar power is a clean source of energy that can help you save money on your electric bills!Roseville Electric's solar rebate program provides incentives to customers who install solar systems at their homes.
Systems must be installed after July 1, 2011 to qualify for a rebate.
Solar Leasing & Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
These rebate levels will diminish over time allowing us to stay in compliance with California’s Million Solar Roof Initiative (Senate Bill 1). Funding for this program is limited and customers must reserve funds for their project prior to construction.
Please note: All Roseville Electric customers installing solar systems must complete forms A, C, and F even if they are not requesting a rebate.
Attention: Roseville Electric will no longer require a HERS rater for Installation Certificate verification, instead Roseville Electric will have a third-party inspector verify Installation Certificates.
