Roseville Electric’s New Construction/TI rebate offers to help architects; developers and owners practice the best philosophy out there, Do It Right The First Time.

Rebates are paid for new construction and tenant improvements based on State of California's Title 24 performance.

Rebates Amounts:
For the Owner  = Up to $450 per KW Avoided
For the Design Agent = UP to $150 per KW Avoided

• Reservations are required prior to the completion of work.
• Rebates are paid based on savings beyond Title 24 requirements
• Results must be a minimum of 10% better than required by Title 24
• This program has a limited budget and will be available until funds are depleted.
• Reservations for funds will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• Rebates are available to all business customers receiving electricity from Roseville Electric.
