Contractors interested in being listed on the Approved Contractor Listing must submit documentation to show compliance with all requirements listed on the Approved Contractor Guidelines.

*	To calculate kWh savings for Programmable ECM’s and Evaporator Fan Controllers fill out the required ECM Analysis spreadsheet (854 KB). All sections in blue must be filled out. Insert the calculated kWH saved into the reservation request form. This spreadsheet MUST be submitted along with the other support documents.
**	To calculate kWh savings for LED Case Lighting fill out the required LED Analysis spreadsheet (1.18 MB). All sections in blue must be filled out. Insert the calculated kWH saved into the reservation request form. This spreadsheet MUST be submitted along with the other support documents.
