New Services

The New Services section is responsible for the design and construction of the City of Roseville’s 12kV underground distribution system. This includes the coordination, design and inspection of all new residential and commercial projects, 12kV mainline infrastructure, roadway lighting, service pedestals and all residential and commercial service upgrades.
