he Electric System Dispatch section is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the City of Roseville’s 12kV distribution and 60kV transmission electrical grid systems. This includes coordinating and scheduling maintenance power outages for field personnel and customers, evaluating and directing the power restoration process during unscheduled power outages, and providing safe working zones during the installation and maintenance of the city’s electrical equipment.
