A 327,000 square foot, class A office building with the largest and most flexible floor plates in the region as well as an additional 35 acres of vacant has been sold. The building is commonly referred to as the R-21 building and the land is located on the north side of the Hewlett-Packard campus, fronting Blue Oaks Blvd. The site has been vacant and on the market for 7 years. The buyer is Roseville QIP, a subsidiary of Kansas City -based Quality Group of Companies. Quality plans to upgrade the building, landscape and main entrance and is actively seeking tenants for the building and the balance of the site. Future plans may include additional buildings on the site.
