Telefunken to Invest in Roseville TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors International LLC, a company that includes TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors GmbH, completed the purchase of the Renesas Electronics plant (formerly NEC Electronics) on May 2, 2011. The plant is located on Foothills Blvd. just north of Pleasant Grove Blvd. Telefunken plans to invest up to $80 million to triple the capacity of the plant over the next three years. Read more...
