The Blue Ribbon Corporate Center Committee is an 8-member ad-hoc committee. This committee will recommend to the Economic Development Advisory Committee and the City Council future locations in Roseville for multi-story office developments.

Specifically, the committee will analyze information regarding utility capacity and land use, hear expert testimony from landowners, brokers and financiers, and review fiscal and regional data regarding office development prior to making findings regarding locations in Roseville best suited to high density office development.

Formation of the Blue Ribbon Corporate Center Committee is one of many actions adopted by the City Council in the 2005 Economic Development Strategy. The City is seeking to strengthen its position as a regional job center by proactively looking at present and future sites best suited for office development.
