| | Downtown Infrastructure/Streetscape Improvement Project - Phase I
Construction of the Phase I Infrastructure/Streetscape Improvements began on July 16, 2012.
Project Location A majority of the Phase I project will take place on the following streets in Downtown Roseville: Atlantic Street, Taylor Street, Oak Street, and Lincoln Street. Additonal, smaller scale work will also be performed on Jefferson Street, Grant Street, and Vernon Street.
Project Goals The purpose of the project is to upgrade the infrastructure in support of both the current businesses and the future growth envisioned by the Downtown Specific Plan.
Project Description Water lines, storm drain facilities, sewer lines, electrical facilities, curb/gutter/sidewalk, and landscaping improvements will be completed during this project. Scope ranges from over 7,000' of water line to the relocation of three electrical poles.
