Development Analyst II
Bill joined the Redevelopment team in July 2004 after thirteen years with the City. The experience gained, and relationships developed, during this tenure proved invaluable in allowing Bill to transition into the role of overseeing Redevelopment projects.
Among the projects that Bill has taken an active role in are the Relocation of the Historic 2252 Steam Locomotive to Downtown Roseville, the Washington Boulevard Pedestrian Underpass Improvement, the $ Riverside Streetscape/Infrastructure Improvements, the Vernon Street Town Square, the Downtown Infrastructure Improvements, and the ongoing Oak Street Parking Facility development.
Bill graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration. He was born and raised in Wilmington, DE and remains a huge "Philly" sports fan.

Melissa joined the Redevelopment Agency in January of 2008 after six years with the City’s Finance Department. Melissa spends most of her time preparing and filing myriad State, County and Federally-mandated financial reports for the Successor Agency and the City of Roseville Housing Authority, tracking and monitoring tax increment and program revenues and expenditures, and preparing annual and midyear budgets and audit schedules.
Melissa and her husband moved to Roseville from the San Francisco bay area in 1998 and have one daughter, Holiday, and a miniature dachshund named Mocha.
Melissa was born in Indiana, and grew up in Louisiana and Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Arizona and a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from National University.
