Emergency Response Training Exercise Gives Roseville a Chance to Prepare

Imagine for a moment this scenario – a wall of water rushes toward Roseville, threatening the City, the safety of its residents, homes and businesses. A hypothetical break in the Folsom Dam protective dykes has just allowed billions of gallons of water to wash down the hill. It’s a scary thought, and, although the chances of a catastrophic event like this happening in Roseville are extremely rare, it is essential for the City to activate its emergency operations center to prepare for such an event.
