|  | Sustainability Action Committee
 On January 20, 2010, the Roseville City Council appointed a 38-member Sustainability Action Committee to participate in the preparation of a Community-wide Sustainability Action Plan. The Plan includes a city-wide emissions inventory, measures to reduce greenhouse gases and other pollutants, and measures for community outreach. The Committee met regularly from February through September 2010 and also researched potential measures in smaller work groups. The Plan is funded in large part by a grant from the Placer County Air Pollution Control District.
The Sustainability Action Plan will be brought before City Commissions and Roseville City Council as scheduled below:
Transportation Commission: Tuesday, November 16, 2010 Planning Commission: Thursday, November 18, 2010 Public Utilities Commission: Tuesday, November 23, 2010 City Council: Winter 2011 All meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., and are held in the Roseville Council Chambers, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville CA 95678. Please confirm the agenda prior to the meetings.
