Site preparation begins within Royer Park for next year's Downtown Bridges & Trail Project
Work began in late August on preparing the site within Royer Park for the upcoming Downtown Bridges & Trail Project. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., for approximately 30 days. The Royer Park parking lot will remain open to the public. Dietrich Drive will be closed intermittently.

CPAC prioritizes Public Works discretionary services; Community can weigh in on FlashVote
As part of the EngageRoseville effort, the Community Priorities Advisory Committee (CPAC) prioritized discretionary services provided by Roseville Public Works. Discretionary services are those not mandated by law or tied to customer revenue, grant funding, designated fees, or other sources that can only be used on certain expenditures.

Civic Center Transfer Point temporarily moves to Oak Street during two special events
News ImageDue to street closures for a special event in Vernon Street Town Square, Roseville Transit's Civic Center Transfer Point will move to Oak Street on Saturday, September 30 and Thursday, October 26.


City and schools partner for International Walk or Bike to School Day on October 4
News ImageRoseville schools are teaming up with the City of Roseville to participate in the annual Walk or Bike to School Day on Wednesday, October 4. Organized by the school's parent-teacher association and staff from the City of Roseville's Safe Routes to School program, the day is designed to encourage walking or biking to school in groups rather than driving.

Louis Orlando Transit Center improvements
Improvements to the Louis Orlando Transit Center began Monday, May 8. During construction Roseville Transit, Sacramento Regional Transit and Placer County Transit buses are temporarily picking up at Auburn Boulevard before Auburn Oaks Court and Twin Oaks Avenue. Route schedules remain the same. During construction Louis Lane is closed to traffic.
