Updated Schedule for Extra Commuter Service - Effective June 29
The two extra service schedules for downtown Sacramento commuters are changing beginning Monday, June 29 to better meet passenger demand.

New crosswalk and pedestrian refuge median for Woodcreek Oaks and Parkside
News ImageWork is underway to add a new crosswalk and concrete pedestrian refuge median to improve pedestrian visibility and safety at the intersection of Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard and Parkside Way. Construction is anticipated to last approximately 2 weeks.

Travel unlimited with the $10 Summer Youth Bus Pass
News ImageThis summer get around town with the Summer Youth Bus Pass. $10 buys unlimited Local fixed-route rides, June 1 - August 31, on Roseville Transit, Placer County Transit, Auburn Transit, and Lincoln Transit. Buses travel to many area malls, movie theaters, restaurants, parks, neighborhoods, and more! No student ID required to purchase or use the pass. Passes are now on sale.

Independence Day transit service
News ImageIn observance of the Independence Day holiday, there is no Roseville Transit Local service on Saturday, July 4. Dial-A-Ride will operate during the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. On Friday, July 3 Commuter service will operate a limited schedule. The Alternative Transportation office (401 Vernon St.) will be closed.

Sidewalk improvements begin on Church Street
News ImageRoseville will be constructing new sidewalks and curb ramps along Church Street, where they are currently absent. Repair work to a few existing sidewalk locations will also be done. The project is funded by a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Construction begins late June and last approximately 3 months. Work hours will be weekdays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
