National History Day - California
News ImageThe Roseville Public Library is proud to support National History Day. It is a year-long educational program that encourages students between grades 4-12 to explore local, state, national, and world history through performances, documentaries, papers, exhibits, and 2-dimensional displays. The NHD-CA State Finals will take place in Rocklin, CA, at William Jessup University on May 8 & 9. For more information please visit www.nhdca.org.

Teen Video Challenge
News ImageCreate a video promoting the Roseville Public Library, and you could win a backpack full of goodies, including a GoPro Hero! Your challenge is to create a 30 - 90 second video highlighting the Roseville Library and what it means to you.

  • Submit the video on Youtube.com following the submission process
  • The challenge begins May 1 and ends June 14
  • Open to teens living in and around Roseville, ages 13 - 18

    Tales to Tails
    News ImageJoin the fun of reading to friendly library dogs! Animals are attentive listeners who allow children to read at their own pace so they can feel comfortable reading out loud. Sessions are first-come first-served.
